The Jewel within your heart will be uncovered through this very painful time. Time is the great healer of the wounds of humankind. The Lords of the Universe are sending powerful frequencies to assist Earth family now.

This virus is a condition of a great unconsciousness, unchecked and dangerous, that has gone on very a very long time. Thoughtless, violent, self centred, power hungry , egotistical beings have created this.

The Light is more powerful than this virus. See this virus as a birth of a new and Divine Consciousness. The most urgent response to this humanities crisis is PRAYER.

Trust in my Grace, ask for help. Transcend all thoughts of fear to LOVE.

Transcend the grief within your heart and the collective grief of humanity. Through your release and deep surrender of this most painful state, your light will increase greatly. This virus will also trigger unhealed emotions that will surface, so that you may become free. Take time throughout your day to focus on breathing and sit in silence, so you may release the vibration of grief.

Through this practice you will have more light to send to the suffering beings of our world.
