Guidelines for receiving.

1. Rest in Silence several times a day, through your breath, release and receive.

2. Go for frequent walks or be outside when possible. Commune with Nature

3. Listen to your inner voice, the voice of your Soul- Journal if guided

4. Light a candle with a prayer for Grace and for all Beings to be Well.

5. Welcome the communion with the Holy Spirit and your precious heart
